ConsultationThe company offers a preliminary consultation, which includes an analysis of the organisation's structure, expert evaluation of the vacancies, creation of a list of the necessary professional qualities, (and a psychological profile of the necessary candidate), and on the basis of an assessment, a plan of personnel prospects. The Selection of CandidatesThe selection of candidates for vacancies lies in strict accordance with demands formulated with the client. The assessment of each candidate includes a questionnaire, an interview, a reference check, and possibly a professional questionnaire and psychological diagnosis of professional qualities, which also includes a prognosis of the candidate's future professional success. Guarantee to the ClientThe company presents no less than three candidates to the client. The duration of the selection of the necessary candidates depends on the complexity of the position, and can take from a few days to several months. During the course of the trial period, if the chosen applicant does not prove to be suitable, or is dismissed for some reason, not fulfilling the client's needs, then Personnel Service will implement one more selection process for another candidate. The Cost of ServicesThe full fee of the selection service, depends on the nature of the assignment, and comes to between 17-20% of the specialist's annual remuneration for the first year of employment.
